APEC Antwerp/Flanders Port Training Center attaches great importance to the protection of personal data. These are data that allow us to identify you as a natural person. As soon as it is possible to establish a direct or indirect link between one or more data and a natural person, one speaks of personal data.

Your personal data will always be protected by us in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation or “GDPR”) including any applicable current or future national or international legislation implementing or replacing the GDPR (hereinafter collectively “Applicable Privacy Legislation”).

Electronic Administrative Data Protocols

APEC Anwerp/Flanders Port Training Center as a Flemish instance, is not only bound by GDPR and national data protection regulations but also by the Decree of 18 July 2008 on electronic administrative data traffic. This decree regulates the movement of (personal) data within and between government departments electronically.

When APEC Antwerp/Flanders Port Training Center makes an electronic communication of personal data to another body or external authority in a systematic and organised manner, it is obliged to draw up a protocol for this purpose with that other party and publish this protocol on its website. This document includes all necessary information regarding the intended processing of personal data.

In the documents below, you can find the various protocols already concluded in this context. The template provided by the Flemish Supervisory Commission was used for this purpose.
